Yesterday Jeremy and myself ran at the local 1/8th mile track. Jgrace was supposed to roll with us, but forgot. :P

It was pretty packed there, so Jeremy only ran twice since he showed up later than I did. It was nice running with another T for once. lol

I ran 4 times. Truck had the 24s on, 1/2 tank of 89, spare removed and sub box taken out.

60' - 2.325, 9.824 @ 71.56
60' - 2.200, 9.671 @ 71.67
60' - 2.457, 10.110 @ 71.38
60' - 2.168, 9.591 @ 72.00

JeremyB:
60' - 2.414, 9.917 @ 72.99
60' - 2.297, 9.511 @ 74.22

The runs where we ran 10.1 and 9.9, we both spun through 1st gear. I spun all of 1st, shifted into 2nd, spun half way, then it downshifted back into 1st gear. You can sorta hear it in the video. Overall it was a blast!!

I am stumped though, I ran the EXACT same times as before my 24s and headers/manifold/tune. My truck runs the same no matter what! lol

Next week we are going again but this time I am running stock tires. Any ideas on why I ran exact same times as before? Don't ya think there would be some differences in trap speed?

Sure are. That's why they are already off and stocks are back on with a new exhaust set up for tomorrow.

Sounds good, when are ya heading back to the track?

I'm planning to run my Impala at Ennis this weekend if it doesn't rain. HOPEFULLY I can run a 9.0 1/8th and a 13.9 1/4.

I'm heading out tomorrow. I was also able to get 4 other Ts to go too.

Thanks. Sucks though, my exhaust won't be able to be on until tomorrow. The exhaust guy decides he wants to tell me when I get there at my scheduled appointment he can't do it. lol
