Thanks James and Kenwood!!
I purchased a couple sKenwood 7100s from James a while back and ihave been great up until a couple weeks ago. The screen on one of them stopped tiliting. You could put a disk in it and the screen would not tilt back down.
I called James and he got me hooked up with the info on returning it to Kenwood. I sent it to Kenwood in Va and they fixed it and sent it back on its way to me the day they got it. They replaced the tilt mechanism and shipped it back at no cost. It was all covered under warranty. So, within a week I sent them the unit and they had it back to me. Very quick and great customer service. Thanks again James for the help and hook up!!!

Fixes I completed: 08 brake conversion, passenger seat TSB, defroster door motor, front diff pinion seal, vent control valve, other front U-joint, front diff, pass side wheel bearing Things that need fixed now: exhaust manifolds, rebuild shocks

He forgot to mention it was way out of the warranty period. LOL But we can get creative at tech12volts.
Glad it came back repaired and under warranty. GO KENWOOD!!!!!!!!!
