Isn't the ring of the hub a different size, kind of like when you do the 08 brake upgrade you need that extra ring to center the wheel correctly. Not sure if it applies or not but might be an issue. If someone knows off the top of their head please post so I can possibly move towards the 20's vs my 18's. This was the thread I was concerned with 08 Big Brake Kits - MightyTitans.com and not sure if the spacers are for the wheels to be centered on the rotors or not for the 07 and earlier guys or to center the wheels correctly. Either way I would like to have it clarified, I even have a set of these spacers sitting here but went with the Stillen BBK instead, so anybody that needs a set, PM me and I will work a great deal on them. So I am worried then that the later 08 and up wheels won't be centered correctly on the hub and just by the lugs which is a bad thing.

I don't believe the centering of the wheel is effected, since I have known people to put the 04-07 wheels on the 08's with no issues. In fact, SFCIngrum use to run the older aluminum wheels on the back of his 08 at the track, and I've helped swap those for him a few times with no modifying, and no he runs the 04-07 17" steelies with no mods. I think the centering ring is because of a step on the hub on the 08+ for centering the rotor, but doesn't effect the wheel any.

may be too late by then.

Just to clarify rtmal1, are you asking $400 + shipping, or $400 shipped?

Sftail I put the factory 20" on my 07 with no issues at all. Truck rides a little stiffer, but that is to be expected.

Default Pics

Here are the pics.....The only blemishes I found were in the lug holes. It looks to me that the dealer used to thick of a socket when removing the lugs. The last pic shows it, it is the worst one.

I just mounted a set OEM 20s to my 2005 this past weekend. Makes the truck look brand new all over again!

Good luck with the sale.

Bump!
