If you have either a 2007 or 2008, this is perfectly normal. It turns out they had so many complaints and people coming in to find out why their oil gauge was moving on the previous year models, they stopped it. So as long as the oil pressure is in the NORMAL operating range of 19-43 psi, then it will stay at about the half way mark.

So if you have a 07 or 08, stationary oil pressure gauge is normal and there is NO NEED to take it in. If you have a year PRIOR to 07 and it stays still, TAKE IT IN, you have a problem.

I was one that took mine right into the shop after I bought my 07. After driving two other titans for a combined 131,500 miles and watching my oil gauge go up and down, it freaked me out to see mine stationary on my 07.

That is 3 people in a row that are ex ford drivers. I had 6 F150's with one of them being a Lightning. I have now had half as many titans. LOL

I think the superduty crewcab is one of the best looking vehicles on the road.

I'd have to agree. Although the one now is nice, my favorite was the 05-07. I almost got an '07 Outlaw but the 6.0 scared me with all of the problems. Though I will say, that motor was an absolute beast. But supposedly this new 6.4 twin turbo is pretty powerful too, but right now they are getting 10 mpg. But i will say the 6.4's look BEASTLY lifted!!

A customer of mine bought 3 08's and they are all black crew cab duallies and they are bad to the bone! They are huge, I can't imagine one lifted.

Oh. Believe me. If I had a superduty, it would be rollin 40s. Guaranteed.

Actually, my brother was || close to trading his F-150 for the new 08 SD Twin Turbo engine. He was doing research for it, and they have intake / exhaust for it, but the tuning they are having a little problem with. They have to be smogged now, and they have CATs on it too with regeneration (when it burns all the particles in the so called CATs).

He was talking numbers, test drove it, then wasn't to happy with the power. If I were to get a diesel, it'd be an 05-07, and mod that thing to hell!

Yea, but the problem is, the 05-07's are going to have to me upgraded to be smog compliant. And with your strict CARB laws in Cali, don't count on modding anything to hell.
