If you hvae a 2004 - 2006, this is perfectly normal. Oil pressure fluctuates with engine RPM and on the titan normally operates between 19 and 43 psi. So in other words at idle, you could be showing low pressure and then when you get on it, it will go as high as 3/4 of the way toward high. So do not worry, it is supposed to do this.
If it pegs high and stays there for a bit even after you have let off the gas, then you may have a problem. It if pegs high and then does not come down, take it in. If it pegs high, sticks for a bit and then bottoms all the way to L, turn off the motor asap.
So on 04's - 06's, if it ever stays still (high or low), THEN it is time to worry.
