you are crazy, i will not root for Florida against MIA (missing in action) anyday. I thought FSU/miami had a slight respect thing going? Picking Gators over FSU as a Miami fan?

That was true when we were in the Big East. Now that we are in the same conference, I have to root for you to loose. Now there are some exceptions. If Florida is undefeated, I will pull for FSU. If UM's record is a lot better (obviously not going to happen) than I will pull for FSU. And yes if another Florida team had to win the title, I would pull for FSU.

As much as I love talking smack about Tenn, GA. etc...I (almost) always cheer for them when they play their out of conference games. ;) But I agree, sometimes, when the rankings are so close, I am forced to cheer for the opponent of an SEC team who's win over our conference brother would help the Gators. Obviously, the stronger your conference and strength of schedule, the better your ranking!

As far as FSU and the Miami game. I cheer for FSU out of respect for Bobby Bowden!(LOL....Which is borderline sac-religious for a Gator to say.) A great man from the same classy mold of Tony Dungy!

And yes, I look forward to getting back to having Miami back on our schedule. Those are great games!
