And you're seriously bragging about beating a dynasty team that had their worst season in 30 years or so when you were stacked. But oh wait, ya'll Gators bragged about beating a Div 1-AA team. "Did you see how well Tebow played?"..against a Div 1-AA team. Can't wait for this game, I don't think Tebow can deliver like Leak did. If you remember him last year, they tried to play him but those FSU linebackers and stadium shouting "F T. Tebow" might of got into his head. Did he even get a completion? How many yards did he get?

The luckiest thing I've ever witnessed in college football was your game against SC.. SC! They had the game in the bag, and somehow lucky Gators had one man that blocked TWO kicks. Especially that last one, the one that should've been an easy kick and the game for SC. Ridiculous. Your road to the NC had everything fall into place perfectly.

A little more fuel to the fire, remember the Gator fans booing CHRIS LEAK off the field. I was there. UK I think, huge mistake to go to that game. I heard people around me talking about how Tebow should start and that they should bench Leak.. what more do I have to say? Leak was the only player I respected on the team. Let me tell you, AS A NOLE, it sucked listening to Gators boo their very own Heisman hopeful, workhorse QB. Ain't that something?

You guys have everything to lose, with so few returning starters, I can see almost half of the teams you play beating you. Don't bet on getting so lucky this year.

i do agree that there are alot of gator fans all the sudden..that happens to every team...a couple years ago texas stickers where on lots of cars here in tampa cause they won the nc.comes with winning..

and last but not least in the last 3 years...we are 3-0 against you the first at the hands of arguably the dumbest game day planing coach of all time(ron zook)..it should be 4 in a row but the refs absolutely gave you that game in the swamp..6 fumbles overturned? and we will be on a 4 game win streak this year...you have no qb..mickey andrews is saying your d is soft and to kind....that was always a seminole strong point was a mean vicious d....and antoin smith is injury prone and too small to be a feature back...that spells another year of you having to play a meaningless bowl game with a losing season in the balance if you lose it...lol ..that will never happen to the gators unless we keep a relic fossel coach around that is single handedly taking the ship down with him(see penn state)..both legend coaches need to know when enough is enough.........man i love having you over here...we got a flammible mixture of teams ..tennessee,georgia,miami,texas,auburn,olemiss,flo rida state ,,and of course the defending national champions........now i know where the noles have been hiding...lol

You know I don't mean you when I say band wagoners. I know a true Gator when I see one. It does get irritating.. very irritating when I talk to a newfound Gator. By newfound Gator, I mean a Gator as of last NC. They're everywhere here in Tallahassee and even the Keys. Imagine how annoyed you'd be if every imbecile without a team decides to slap on a Gator magnet onto their vehicle and call themselves a Gator when I can name 20 more players than they can off the top of my head.

Antone isn't big but I don't think he's injury prone. I played this guy in my high school state playoffs 2nd game. The man is a beast, we've played some great players but that was the only player that made my head coach yell, "Holy S***," in front of the team when Smith got stuck full on by our best LB, rolled off of it, broke 2 more tackles and scored a TD. I think he'll get a chance to shine this year.

Bobby.. I love the man. He represents so much, you gotta understand, you can't tell someone that legendary it's time to go. They tell you when they're ready. I think the only reason Jimbo decided to come to FSU over a plethora of other jobs offered is a shot at head coach when Bowden decides to retire.

lol I liked our bowl game. We played the team that beat USC, the team that Gators owe all their thanks to btw for beating the team that I thought 90% was going to the NC. I say, better the Emerald Bowl v. UCLA than MPC Computer bowl v. Nevada. It at least made me feel better about our horrible season that we ran over UCLA.

Ahh, I'll never forget the Ron Zooker days. Those were great for UM and FSU fans alike.

Also, no one's been hiding, I don't know about everyone else but the moment I hear anything negative about my team.. I WILL NOT hesitate to speak my mind. I've been very late to class/work/activities just to finish posting or arguing in person about college football. Later.

i love the swipe at miami...lol nevada.....and they had to give it all they had just to beat them on top of it....lolol.....i really mean this when i say i hope all the florida teams get to the levels they were at in the 90s...it was domination of the ap poll week after week...all three teams in the top 10 on a regular basis.....then when we played each other it was a huge affair on a national level......if fisher gets you guys a run game going then weatherford could be a good qb..he just doesnt perform well with pressure.......this is going to be a great season..........

every team had better watch out for the GameChickens this year, but I think everyone will. They played pretty good last year and lost some games they should have won (they do that every year though). The SEC East is going to be Very tuff this year!!!!

Yeah, it's a cycle of bandwagoners but it just isn't fun when it's your biggest rival collecting. I completely forgot to thank you for the invite, I've only been on here a couple of days max but I love MT already. It's great to talk football/smack with respectable people. Keeps us from becoming animals, lol actually I'm probably a drunken animal at FSU home games anyways. Florida is the only dominant team in Florida right now, it's weird without strong FSU and UM programs. Hopefully, we'll be able to do something this year. I have faith in our coaching but we have lots of tough away games. I'm looking forward to FSU v. UF this year. Thanks for the compliments. :)

was i a profet.....no of course not.....its just the way it is ....has been for at least 7 years...no one is affraid to play the noles anymore...not even at doak...the last coupl days i have seen a swagger in noles around here that i just dont understand....teams like virginia,nc state, wakeforrest,north carolina,even uab are going into the doak winning ,playing till the last few minutes with leads,ect.....

so i will now lay down the law.....
we are a premier team in the country..we stay in the top 25...even with ron zook as coach....
the noles are a allso ran middle of the pack not even on the bubble team...have been for a while and the winningest coach of all time cant seem to fix it...he sacrafices his son as a scape goat instead of standing ground and saying if he goes i go ..and now with a revamped staff he finished.......no better then last year...

so i from now on am going to laugh at all the cutdowns on tebow and his stats and that we lost 3 games,,,, 2 to teams in the top 4 in the country and one to a top 25 team...and just think how great it is to be a gator and how sad and worrisome it must be to be a nole....like i said before the season started ...we will finish in the top 10...you will finish in the top 50...these statements are nothing personal...just pure hard football facts....we are 100 times better then you ...we proved it on the field the last 4 years...should have been 5 if you guys didnt get 6 fumbles lost reversed ...we own the noles like miami owns the noles....face it.....

I know the Noles have been down for a few years. That's what happens when bad decisions are made. Mark Richt as much as admitted that he did the wrong thing back in 2000 when he stayed for the bowl game after accepting the Georgia job. Hiring Jeff Bowden as OC was the wrong decision. Our recruiting has suffered through 7 years of poor picks or picks not panning out(leaving, injury, etc..).

I am not down or out about the past 7 years. It is what it is and I cannot change any of it. So be it. Florida has beaten FSU the past 4 years. So what. You beat a mediocre team trying to get back on track. If I remember, 2006 was a tight game. 21-14 I think. Still a loss but closer than even you Gators thought it would be. 07 is what it is. Got a spanking. I took it like a man.

Now that we(FSU) are making strides in recruiting, taking steps toward a new era in FSU football, you, as a gator, are starting to worry a little bit. If I was in your shoes, I would be the same way. FSU on the rise again.

Oh, and one more thing, if you are gonna look to the past, I do not think the word DYNASTY has ever been used with the Florida Gators. I KNOW it has been used with Florida State Seminoles and Miami Hurricanes.

Go figure.
