So a customer calls me and says "yo, Bodeaner, I have a problem." That was wednesday around lunch. He rushes down to Ft.Pierce and we test drive and rack the truck. We find the problem and I have to order the part. I get the part overnighted ( by like 5 minutes before the cutoff).

I'm like "Yo you drove 40 minutes to get here and the part won't be here until the morning. I drive a 2K dollar Chevy and you drive a 20Kdollar Nissan. Hows about you drive my truck home and I keep yours overnight. That way I can get your truck done and you only have to come back here once." He says yup and heads out in my beater.

Griffies truck represents all that is right in the world. Stepping into the 07 SE the first thing you notice is the AMP POWER STEPS ( which you need because of the lift and 35" tires) . These are the coolest things ever. Next to fire up a un-adulterated truck is nice. Quiet, still with plenty of power. This allows you to enjoy the real hook of the whole deal. I don't know much about stereos but I will say this. I now understand CLEAN sound. Perfect balance between the mids and highs and just the right amount of everything.

Next day part arrives. Griffies truck first inline. Truck fixed first and only trip.

He bounces back to Fierce Pierce in my heavy chevy ready to get back to the amenities that his Titan provides. A smile , a handshake, swap keys, "have a good one man, Yea thanks see ya. "

He tinted my windows. And filled my tank. I have been saying "this is what I do and this is how I do it " for so long now I think I forgot what it meant. It means doing a little extra and going a little farther for the right reasons.

Thanks man. Honestly I didn't notice until I found a small piece of "cutoff" on my floorboard. Don't ask me how you don't notice not having tint then having tint but I didn't . Thanks.

I tell you what...BOTH of you are a pure class act. First off for you to offer to let him drive your truck home and then for him to do that for you...AWESOME!!!!

Glad to see the karma returning.

No doubt. No need to be thanking me. You do an awesome job for all of us. Parts, problems, etc. I was actually happy I could finally do something for you. I would have hooked that beater up with some floor matts, bedliner, dash matt, anything. I even was going to replace those mickey mouse tail light covers with some new ones, but NADA. I had nothing for that thing in stock.

And THANK YOU for getting my truck handled it's appreciated. Having a dealership that you can actually trust and put some faith in is awesome. I hope Nissan sends me out one of those survey things so I can slurp all over it.

Hey man that heap is going to be real nice once I stop splitting my time between a Mustang thats in 1 million pieces back in the body shop and the truck. It runs perfect and the AC blows ice cold. I don't have to do anything under the hood so now it's time for some fun stuff.

Somebody needs to tell my wife I want the Beltech 3-4 drop with the nitro shocks. The whole thing is like 450.0 from Summit (so you can also tell her where to make such a purchase) for christmas. Then when the stang gets out of the body shop I can start on the truck. But I really want to get the suspension done first.

Yea the seat is an issue. I read on the FULLSIZECHEVY forum that the ticket is a set of buckets out of a Pontiac bonneville. I found a set in tan leather out of a 2000 Bonne with 12 way power adjust. I think I will grab those then fab a console.
