I lost the chrome mirror scalps. Well, actually I repainted them haha, they are the same ones. It's interesting though... I was intent on painting the door handles too, but looking at it now, I think I may keep those chrome. There seems to be a nice balance now.

Haha, no, not really. Even my neighbor was looking at it and said I should keep the handles chrome. getting rid of the mirror scalp and badge chrome seemed to balance it out. In addition to the door handles, I still have the front and rear bumpers that are chrome. Also, my grille has polished front edges, which matches the chrome well too.

Maybe one day I'll get tired of it and decide to match more, but for now I kinda like it.

I went through the same process of chrome elimination........now I look at old pics of my truck and think that it was ugly with the chrome.....lol

I like mine better with nearly no chrome left on it. Only things left are bumpers and the grille

Wanna give me some money so I can get my bumper and grille painted? Then I can tell you if you should do it. :)
