Well, I have to say that although I am usually super anal about keeping my truck clean, the last few monthes have been so busy, I haven't done much more than the occasional "quick" wash. In preperation for our upcoming road trip, I spent 4 hours on Saturday completely detailing the interior, and a little over 6 hours yesterday doing a full detail on the outside. Wow, what a difference, it looks like the day I picked it up, only better! My multi-step process worked wonders, but my arms are a bit sore this morning. On the inside everything got shampooed, got all the little cracks and crevas's with the detail brush, cleaned and dressed all the plastic, and even pulled out all the little rubber mats from the dash and console to clean them. On the outside I gave it a good washing, hit it with the clay bar, then used Scratch-X on some boo-boo's, then Pre-Wax Paint Cleaner, then polished all the chrome & stainless with Mothers Metal polish, treated all the plastic and rubber with trim detailer, and finally hit everything (except the plasic & rubber of course) with NXT 2.0 wax. I had intentions of taking some nice pics to post this morning, but of course it's very gloomy and dark out there, so she's not coming out of the garage yet. As soon as it clears up I'll snap some pics and post 'em up. Now, time to rest my arms!!
