I was able to find a thread where BBF had posted the complete parts list for the 08 kits. Since I trust him more than I trust myself I will use his info as the basis for the kit.
D1080-ZC60B PAD HARDWARE KIT 36.83
D1060-ZC60J PAD KIT 50.48
41011-ZC60B CALIPER 238.35
41001-ZC60B CALIPER 228.75 NO CORE CHARGES!!!!!!
40206-ZR00A ROTOR X 2 75.73 151.46
41005-ZC00A BOLTS X 4 2.66 10.64
GRAND TOTAL IN PARTS 716.51. NON TAXABLE FOR OUT OF STATE SHIPPING
IN FLORIDA 46.58 STATE SALES TAX
I THINK I CAN SHIPP ALL PARTS FOR 45.00 JUST ABOUT ANYWHERE
I checked availablity for parts and it looks good. Once I got past 5 sets the parts started to pull from all over the country. For the first couple of orders I would need 2 days to ship. After that It would take about a week to get the kits here then I could ship from there.
808.09 FOR MY FLORIDA FAITHFULS
761.51 FOR EVERYBODY ELSE

I found that out the other day right before I almost ordered. Now to find some 18" wheels and save up for more tires.

Does this still have an issue with the hub not locating the wheel properly? I am curious because I am getting close to doing this one and don't want to deal with hubcentric and wheel centric issues, I can't even remember which one is which LOL.

Those look exactly like the spacers a member at TT and CT was selling. Might be his site, not sure.

Actually it's my site but I did the spacers because I had an 06 and wanted better brakes. I saw the problem with the rotors not sitting centered and decided to make some spacers. Ended up selling about 20 sets of them, so there are lots of older Titan being upgraded with parts from wrecking yards or discounted parts suppliers.
