Most certainly Nissan employed the services of top industry marketing and research firms who in turn collaborated with world renowned chemical/science engineers. After years of polling real men, conducting focus groups, and re-inventing paint processing as we know it, Nissan decided in 2007 the world was ready for the color "majestic blue".

(SIGH) Majestic blue is not for everyone. Admittedly, this is America and there are a few guys that like to dress up in girls clothes, carry purses, and feel the uncontrollable need to outwardly show they are in touch with their inner female.

It's actually the second color of choice. The first and original Blue for the Titan was DeepH20Blue. As much as I like the Majestic Blue, it's still second in the legacy of the Nissan Titan!

I concur MB is the best color... I think the nissan tech made a mistake when they name Deep Water Blue. No matter how hard you look there is no blue, it should be Dirty Water Green ;) lol
