Doesn't bother me either way, I kinda like to tell ya the truth! Just something else here that can be fun, doesn't have to be taken so serious as they did over at Club Titan..............JMHO

I vote no. I like to use it to thank people for sharing good information, but overall it serves no vital purpose and some people overreact. As you can see, two people already relegated it to nothing more than a popularity contest, and that's just the beginning.

Its benefits simply don't outweigh the hassle!

But you also must remember that this site is much different then Club Titan so why not give it a shot, shoot I haven't even seen anyone with any rep given yet. What's the harm in a test run for a month or two.......

Stephen, check out the new system they have at ClubFrontier. There is a little thumbs up symbol next to every post, and if you thought the post was helpful, you give it a thumbs-up. There is no thumbs-down option. Then, next to your username, it will say:

Thanks: [The number of times you have thanked someone for a good post]
Thanked XX Times in XX Posts [# of times people have thanked you in # unique posts]

I think that would be a good system, but I've never liked the green/red dot reputation system.

Actually, I have some caps set on what the reps can actually do right now. No one can give ridiculous amounts of points. You also must give 30 before you can hit the same person again and people were limited to x amount of reps per day.

I will look into that up there.
