When you start to type someone a PM and you are not certain of the spelling, just type in the first couple of letters and stop typing. Automatically, the system will pull up ALL possible matches and you click on the one that you want to send the message to. It is that simple. If you are sending it to multiple people separate the names like it tells you to under the sending box.
